Rental Eligibility
To rent a vehicle from Royal Hawaiian Rentals, you must:
Reservations and Payments
Booking: Reservations can be made through our Site. All bookings are subject to availability.
Payments: Full payment for the rental period is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards.
Deposits: A security deposit is required at the time of vehicle pickup. The deposit amount varies depending on the vehicle rented.
Rental Period
Duration: The rental period is calculated on a 24hour basis. Late returns may incur additional charges.
Extensions: If you wish to extend the rental period, you must contact us at least 24 hours before the original return time. Extensions are subject to availability and additional charges.
Vehicle Use
Authorized Drivers: Only drivers listed on the rental agreement are permitted to drive the rental vehicle.
Prohibited Uses: The rental vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities, offroad driving, towing, or racing.
Maintenance and Care: Renters are responsible for maintaining the vehicle in good condition and returning it with the same fuel level as at the start of the rental period.
Insurance and Liability
Insurance Coverage: Basic insurance coverage is included in the rental price. Additional insurance options are available at an extra cost.
Damage and Theft: Renters are responsible for any damage to or theft of the rental vehicle. The security deposit may be used to cover such costs.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations: Reservations can be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the pickup time may incur a cancellation fee.
NoShows: If you fail to pick up the vehicle at the scheduled time without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
Privacy Policy
Your use of our Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Changes to Terms
